The Northeast Energy Efficiency and Electrification Institute (NEEEI) is a public-benefit nonprofit dedicated to improving how clean-energy and energy-efficiency programs are delivered in practice, helping ensure that their benefits reach the households and communities they are intended to serve.
Across the Northeast, policies supporting electrification and energy efficiency continue to advance. Yet many families still face high energy costs, aging housing, and barriers to accessing available programs. NEEEI was created to strengthen how these programs are delivered so their benefits reach more people — equitably and effectively.
